Returns & Refunds
Yes, we have an easy return and exchange policy. Get in touch with our customer care within 7 days and we will initiate the process. However, all products need to be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Products & Customization
A: Yes, we offer customization on gifts given a certain minimum quantity and additional charges depending on the product.
We use high quality, ethically sourced and sustainable material for all our products. Our dinnerware is made from high-quality ceramic porcelain, bed and bath with 100% cotton.
Yes, most of our products are microwave and dinnerware safe and there is a special mention in case any special treatment is done making it unsuitable for the same.

Miscellaneous
You will get email and whatsapp updates as soon as the order has been shipped out with the Tracking details and link from where the order can be tracked. You can also visit the website and click on “Track my order” in the Footer.
