Anaar Charcoal

Inspired by stone carvings at the ancient Mughal capital, Fatehpur Sikri, Anaar is our interpretation of its pomegranate motif. Mughal culture popularised botanical forms on Indian textiles and we’ve accented ours with delicate crayon stripes. Our Anaar dohar is available in charcoal with citron crayon stripes on its edging.

100% cotton. Printed by hand. Our dohars are printed on the central layer, giving just a subtle glimpse of the design, and their three layers of cotton muslin are bound together with a contrasted edging.

• Your products can be machine-washed using a delicate wash cycle or hand-washed.
• Use the machine spin cycle to remove any excess water
• It’s better to use cold water
• Do not bleach as it will damage the colours.
• Avoid wringing.
• No dry cleaning.
• Line dry in the shade.
• Use a warm iron to ease out any wrinkles.
