Care instructions

For Reed Diffuser:

  • Keep away from direct sunlight.
  • Store in a cool place.
  • Harmful if taken internally.
  • Keep away from children and pets.
  • Extremely inflammable.
  • Do not use near fire/flame.
  • Do not light the reeds.
  • Use gloves while handling used reeds.
  • Do not place the diffuser directly onto polished, painted, plastic, or leather surfaces, or on electrical equipment, as accidental spillage may cause damage to certain materials.

For Towels:

  • Wash towels before using for the first time.
  • Your products can be machine or hand washed.
  • It’s better to use warm water, not hot water. 30°C is perfect.
  • Do not bleach as it will damage the colours.
  • Do not use a softener, as they contain silicone and might make the towel less absorbent.
  • No dry cleaning.
  • Tumble dry gently, although line drying is better.
  • Dry in shade.
