Guldasta Crimson Dohars

Guldasta, an Urdu word for “bouquet”, features bouquet patterns once found on palampores – embroidered bedcovers made in 17th century India for foreign trade. Our dohar has large bouquet motifs printed in blush pink, aqua, crimson and warm grey and pyjama stripe edging in crimson and aqua.

100% cotton. Printed by hand. Our dohars are printed on the central layer, giving just a subtle glimpse of the design, and their three layers of cotton muslin are bound together with a contrasted edging.

• Your products can be machine-washed using a delicate wash cycle or hand-washed.
• Use the machine spin cycle to remove any excess water
• It’s better to use cold water
• Do not bleach as it will damage the colours.
• Avoid wringing.
• No dry cleaning.
• Line dry in the shade.
• Use a warm iron to ease out any wrinkles.
